One difficult lesson learned by many small business owners is that they will never be able to grow their businesses beyond a certain point without help.
That means that at some point along the line, they will need to hire an employee, outsource to a subcontractor, line up specific vendors, and/or collaborate with colleagues outside of their business. And they need to be able to delegate in order to do any of these things effectively.
