The Waggle Dance

Monday June 18, 2007
Honey bees have an incredible form of communication called the waggle dance. Bees who have located a food source go back to the hive performing a figure eight dance pointing others to the distance and direction of food. Just imagine how much your business would benefit if others pointed you to your food source of customers.

To find waggle dancers for your business many people miss the point. You can't march into a "hive" and expect others to point you to your source of food. To find waggle dancers, you have to be a waggle dancer. Connect with others and share tips, opportunities, or contacts. When you give you will receive direction to your food source. Where can you find waggle dancers? You can find them among peer groups, bloggers, mentors, referrals, business organizations and professionals.
