National Boss Day

October 16th is National Boss Day celebrated on the Friday, Oct. 14th or Monday, Oct. 17th. Being a good boss takes work. But being a great boss requires the humbling trait of looking inward to improve. So while your employees are celebrating your leadership qualities take a look at your actions.
